Day 56 in the books!!!!!! Yippee :) I have 1 week left and getting super pumped about being able to order the shirt and start bragging. I can feel the changes more than see them. Muscles are evident, but weight loss not significant. I’m ok with that though. I plan on a 2nd round after a round of 30 day shred. That will give me a little variety and the workouts r a little shorter which will allow me to add a swim or bike ride or run without taking up my whole day once I’m back at work.
